We’re teaming up with the Boxing Society to bring you a powerful, women’s-only boxing session designed to build strength, technique, and self-confidence. 🥊💥
Whether you’re a complete beginner or you’ve boxed before, this session is fully beginner-friendly and taught in a safe, supportive environment. Expect a mix of:
• Technique drills
• Footwork & movement
• Pad work
• Conditioning exercises
• Confidence-building combos
All equipment is provided — just bring water and comfortable clothing.
