Standard Refunds: You can request a full refund for your ticket up to 72 hours before the event's official start time. This allows us to finalize catering and seating.
The 72-Hour Cut-Off: Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds requested less than 72 hours before the event. At this stage, venue and supplier costs are locked in.
How to Request: To claim a refund before the cut-off, email your booking confirmation and student ID to ubu@bradford.ac.uk. Refunds take 5-7 working days to process.
Ticket Transfers: If you miss the deadline, you can transfer your ticket to another student. Just email us the new attendee's details at least 24 hours before the gala.
