Empower Hour

Monthly Women’s Sessions hosted by your Women's Officer. 

Empower Hour is a monthly space for women to connect, reflect, and uplift each other through fun and creative activities. Each session offers something new, from art and journalling to games and community building.

? Location: UBU Board Room

? When: First Thursday of every month (except January)

⏰ Time: 4–6 PM (except the first session, 2nd October, which will run from 3–5 PM)

? Tickets: FREE (Women only)

Sessions Line-Up:

2nd October (Introductory Session, 3–5 PM): Kick-off session with introductions, appearances from Sabbs, affirmations, ideas, and positive notes that will be displayed at every Empower Hour Session.

6th November (4–6 PM): Sip & Paint! Relax, create, and connect over art.

4th December (4–6 PM): Vision Board Making! Set your goals and dreams for the year ahead.

5th February (4–6 PM): Journalling! Reflect, write, and explore your inner voice.

5th March (4–6 PM): Games Night! Laughter, bonding, and light-hearted fun to wind down and relax.

2nd April (4–6 PM): Closing Session with the Sabbatical Officers! A special activity to wrap up the Empower Hour sessions with free food too!

? Refreshments: We’ll have a snack station where you can contribute biscuits, snacks, tea, coffee, and drinks to share with the group. Bring something homemade too if you like!
